1. Where is my package?
After placing your order, it takes an average of 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order and 3-7 (Mon-Fri) business days for your order to be delivered. If these periods have passed and your package has not arrived, please contact our Customer Service on the Contact Us Page.

2. Where can I find my tracking Number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. Please also check your spam folder, as sometimes our emails end up there. Please note that it may take a while before the tracking number becomes active.

3. How can I track the progress of my order?
You can track the progress of your order using your tracking number that you received via email. Enter the tracking number on our Track your order page to see the status of your delivery.  

4. I am not satisfied with my package.
